COURSE OVERVIEW:
The telephone as a great communicator should be used by us professionally. We will learn how to make and receive calls correctly and steer any telephone conversation to our benefit.
COURSE IS TARGETED TO:
Newly hired staff and all other employees who still don’t know how to make a professional use of the telephone.
OBJECTIVES:
- To assure that replies given by our operators and other staff members are conforming to the quality standards required by our company.
- To assist telephone operators to project the premium quality image, while answering incoming calls.
CONTENTS:
- The moment you answer the phone.
- Overcoming the lost visual side.
- The stages of a telephone call:
- The Start.
- The Message.
- The close.
- The importance of “The Start”.
- “There is no second chance to make a first impression”.
- Our Quality standards while answering incoming calls.
- Practicing last topic, until getting the right and consistence response from all class attendants.
COURSE DURATION:
One full day – 6 hours
Morning session: from 09:00 Am. to 03:00 Pm.
Evening Session: from 04:00 Pm to 10:00 Pm
