Course Overview: 

               We will discuss and study two important management traits which are essential to learn and master for all managers these days, they are:

1. Leadership
2. Working under pressure.

Target Audience:

1. Occupation: businessmen, managers, team leaders, administrators and project managers.
2. Age: 27 – 45 years.
3. Gender: Male or female

Learning Objectives:

After attending this course, participants will be able to:

1. Know the foundations of modern leadership.
2. To dedicate someone on a mission subordinates or slotted.
3. Learn how to lead the different characters.
4. Guide a team or group toward a clear goal.
5. Manage tasks and activities during their work.
6. Get out of the cycle of constant work pressures.
7. Manage tasks and responsibilities under pressures.

(A) Leadership:

1. Guide work of your team towards specified objectives.
2. Develop strategic action towards the goals set for the team work.
3. Influence techniques and how to work in a team.
4. How to develop people within team work to achieve the goals of the group.
5. Leadership models, innovative thinking and risk management.
6. Effective mandate for one or more members of the working group.
7. Brainstorming to solve problems and share ideas techniques.

(B) Work under pressure:

1. What is the pressure?
2. Pressure and control stress.
3. Avoid extreme negative stress.
4. Physiological stress management.
5. How to reduce tension and pressure.
6. How to avoid overwhelmed.
7. Power of Positive Thinking.

Tools used in training:

1. PowerPoint presentations
2. White board for clarification, illustration and discussion.
3. The content of the scientific material that will be given to trainees.
4. Illustrating and practical videos.
5. Exercises inside and outside the lecture.

Certificates:

Course participants will receive recognized ECSD certificates in addition to the certified lecturer certificate, includes the American board & LETS recognition.

Course duration:

6 Days (4 hours per day). Total number of hours will be 24 hours divided into:

1. Leadership — 12 hours.
2. Working under pressure — 12 hours.
