The Opening of a New Training Center
The Egyptian Center for Skills Development “ECSD”

The new center will start its activities during next month (August 2014) in Smouha /Alexandria /Egypt.
The ECSD is dedicate
d to improve workforce performance either they are old timers or newly graduate y
oung men and ladies. Enhancing both their soft and hard skills will make them more able to perform professionally and progress in their career.
The center will supply high quality interactive training sessions at very low cost in the following main categories: Customer Care, Supervisory, Management and selling skills. Plus technical skills.

Dear Engineer Ibrahim,
It sounds great to establish this center. All its embedded courses titles
are greatly needed in the Egyptian work environment. I hope your new
training center activities to be extended to Cairo, Tanta and other areas
too. It will be my honor to visit you in your center during August. Kindly
provide me with details about the easiest way to fined it in Smouha. A map
