<We are a group of training professionals who have spent more time evaluating the effectiveness of what we do. Traditionally we focused on customer satisfaction measures.
We discovered that attending “training sessions” are not a key factor to improve participants’ performance in the work place. Training could be an event in the process of Human Performance Improvement (HPI).
Human Performance Improvement for You is dedicated to improve your work performance, which is important for you whatever you are an employee and employer.
What is HPI?: It is a systematic process of discovering and analyzing important human performance gaps, planning for future improvements in human performance, designing and developing cost-effective and ethically justifiable interventions to close performance gaps,
implementing the interventions, and evaluating the financial results.
In this page you will find all topics that relate to improve your performance at work, whatever it is training, learning, on job practice, self study or coaching. Also you will find new opportunities to improve your career path.
Lot of events will be included under the umbrella of PI.
