Front Counter people are the backbone of any business, however they are involved in reception, information, selling service or selling parts. They talk to more customers everyday than anyone else in the organization. At least nine out of ten of these “opportunities’ should result in a sale. Customer satisfaction, sales, profits and the ultimate success of our business greatly depend on the ability of the front-counter personnel.
